Sinumerik Alarm 22250 Channel %1 spindle %2 axis stopped during thread cutting
Parameters:
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Axis name, spindle number
Definitions:
The thread cutting axis has been stopped while a thread block was active. The stop can be caused by VDI signals that cause the feed to be interrupted.
Reactions:
– Alarm display.
– Interface signals are set.
– NC Start disable in this channel.
Remedy:
Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Check the axis-specific/spindle-specific stop signals (DB 31 – 48, DBX 4.3).

Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
