Alarm: 452 SERVO BAR GEARMOTOR TIMEOUT – Haas Lathe
Haas Alarm Description:
The motor which loads bars and the push rod did not complete its motion in the allowed time. Check for jammed bars. There may be problem with the I/O board.Macro commands can be used for troubleshooting, #1110=1 for mills, and #1108=1 for lathes. The motor should come on instantly and run until stopped by pressing the reset button.
