Okuma Alarm-P 0992 PLC backup data file read
The PLC backup data or M code data file cannot be read from the memory.
Concerning the ATC or ACC machine, logical-data-file does not read.
Concerning the 1CAM-ATC machine,
The command-table-data-file does not be read.

Probable Faulty Locations
1)If the alarm occurred during normal NC operation, the file has been deleted or its data has been destroyed.
2)If the alarm occurred without NC operation after installation of control software, the file type was wrong or no such file was stored in the memory.
Measures to Take
1)In the case of 1), reinstall the control software.
2)In the case of 2), check the control floppy disk data and recreate the floppy disk.
