Okuma Alarm-D 4214 RS232C communication not ready
In data communication through RS232C, the data sink is not in ready status.
Code
1->The data sink is not in ready status.
2->The receive carrier was not detected.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)The host computer is not turned on.
2)The communication cable or RS232C interface is defective.
Measures to Take
1)Check if the power is supplied to the host computer and inspect the communication cables for defects such as disconnection.
If RS232C is defective, change the FRP board or RPP board channel to the other one by changing the communication parameter setting. (Also change the board connector position to the newly selected channel.)
