Okuma Alarm-D 4072 Turret position error
The difference between the calculation angle of the turret otified from PLC and the present location of first PLC axis (T axis APA) is one degree or more.
The turret angle of a virtual machine follows it angling of the notification from PLC.
Therefore, when it is the above-mentioned, a correct interference check cannot be done because the turret angle of a virtual machine and a real machine is different.
It shows turret angle notified from PLC.
Expected faulty point
There is a possibility to be generated when it stops while the turret is turning, and it has been forgotten to return it to former position after the pulse feed is operated of the turret. Moreover, it never connects it with Z axis in Tow-arong tailstock.
Please instruct again after turning and clamping the turret angling corresponding to each T instruction.
The pulse handle feed is possible while being pushing “Interlock release” button while generating the alarm.
Then, please move the turret to the variable limit by the pulse handle feed with “Interlock release” button pushed when T instruction cannot be executed because it is not in the variable limit.
