Probable Faulty Locations
1 -> Communication command hold bit is OFF.
2 -> Received command is incorrect.
3 -> Initialization sequence has not finished correctly.
Corrective Action
1 -> Turn the communication command hold bit ON.
2 -> Check the host computer software.
3 -> Restart the machine.
