Probable Faulty Locations
Setting error of soft-limits
Corrective action
1)Turn ON the emergency limit release switch, provided in the electrical control box and select the manual mode for the robot/loader. After that reset the robot/loader and move the robot/loader axis away from the travel limit switch.
2)After moving the robot/loader axis away from the travel limit switch, turn OFF the robot/loader axis limit emergency release switch. Then, set the soft-limits correctly.
