Okuma Alarm-A 1789 Steady rest interlock
The XB or ZB or W axis was moved with the steadyrest not unclamped.
A steadyrest advance/retract command was issued with the steadyrest not unclamped.
A steadyrest command was issued when the spindle was rotating.
A spindle rotation command was issued with the steadyrest closed and not at the advance end.
The steadyrest opened and left the advance end when the spindle was rotating.

Relieving Type Steady Rest: Spindle Revolution Command is issued; when Steady Rest Closed or Steady Rest at Advancing Limit Code is off.
