The XB or ZB or W axis was moved with the steadyrest not unclamped.
A steadyrest advance/retract command was issued with the steadyrest not unclamped.
A steadyrest command was issued when the spindle was rotating.
A spindle rotation command was issued with the steadyrest closed and not at the advance end.
The steadyrest opened and left the advance end when the spindle was rotating.

Relieving Type Steady Rest:
Steady Rest Closed or Steady Rest at Advancing Limit code is Off; during Spindle Revolution.
7->Steady Rest Traverse Command is issued,when Steady Rest Switch is set at Off.
8->Steady Rest Traverse command is issued when Steady Rest clamped code is off.
9->Steady Rest Close command is issued when Steady Rest saddle clamped code is off.
11->XB-Carriage Steady Rest: Turret indexing position free command is issued.
21->XA-Carriage or Turret A Mounted Steady Rest XA/ZA/ZC, Y-Axis Traverse Command is issued when Steady Rest Open Code is Off.
