Okuma Alarm-A 1758 Loader not at escape position
When the loader is not in the retract position, the loader door close command is issued or the front door close confirmation signal is ON.
Code
1->Loader door close command is issued.
2->Front door open confirmation signal is OFF.
3->When the machine door is closed, the loader retract position signal is turned OFF.
When the loader retract position signal is OFF, the machine door close command is issued.’;
4->When the loader is not in the retract position, the spindle rotation command is issued.
5->When the loader is not in the retract position, X- or Z-axis has moved.
6->When the loader is not in the retract position, the touch setter retract end signal has gone OFF.
7->When the loader is not in the retract position, the loader (ceiling) door open signal has gone OFF.
8->When the loader is not in the retract position, the loader (collision) door open signal has gone OFF.
Probable Faulty Locations
The loader retract position signal is OFF.

Bring the loader to its retract position.
