Okuma Alarm-A 1751 Tow-along tailstock ON/OFF interlock
M188 (Tailstock disconnect), or M189 (Tailstock connect) is designated with G15 calling for tailstock towing mode while the spindle is not in zero speed or while the spindle is not at a still.
M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the spindle rotation command is active.
M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the center work is not selected.
M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the tailstock spindle is not at the retraction end, or the turrets are not at the stroke end in the positive direction.

1->M188, M189 or G153 is designated while the spindle is not in zero speed.
2->M188, M189 or G153 is designated while the spindle is not at a still.
3->M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the spindle rotation command is active.
4->M188, M189 or G152 is designated while center work is not selected.
5->M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the tailstock spindle is not at the retraction end.
6->M188, M189 or G152 is designated while the turrets are not at the stroke end in the positive direction.
7->M189, M152 are designated while both of the disconnect and connect signals are ON or OFF.
8->When the tailstock connect ON key is pressed, the spindle is not at a still.
9->When the tailstock connect ON key is pressed, XA-axis is not at the travel end in the positive direction.
10->When the tailstock connect ON key is pressed, the tailstock is not at the retract end.
11->When the tailstock connect ON key is pressed, the tailstock is not unclamped.
12->M189 or G152 is designated when the tailstock chuck is not unclamped. ZA-axis movement command was issued when
the tow-along tailstock was clamped and the tailstock chuck is not unclamped.
13->While the tow-along tailstock or simple tow-along tailstock was being connected, the tailstock chuck was clamped.

Or, while the tailstock chuck was being clamped, the signal for confirming disconnection of simple tow-along tailstock went OFF

14->When the signal for confirming disconnection of tailstock was OFF, a tailstock chuck clamp command was issued.
15->When it was not a tailstock concatenation carriage return place , they went along M189 instructions.
16->Concerning NC tailstook in tailstook unclamp at G02, G03, G30, G31, G32, G33, G34, G35 command is designated.
17->Concerning NC tailstook, an axis movement instruction except for W, Z axis was performed in tailstook unclamp.
18->Concerning NC tailstook, W axis movement instruction was performed by following state.

It is not XA axis plus limit.
It is not tailstock spindle retracted position
It is not tailstook unclamp
Main spindle has not stopped

19->An M189 or G152 was issued with the workpiece pusher not at the retract end.
20->The LINK TAILSTOCK button was pressed with the workpiece pusher not at the retract end.
21->M189 or G152 is designated when the tailstock chuck and the spindle chuck is not unclamped. ZA-axis movement command was issued when the tow-along tailstock was clamped and the tailstock chuck and the spindle chuck is not unclamped.
22->While the tow-along tailstock or simple tow-along tailstock was being connected, the tailstock chuck and the spindle chuck was clamped.
23->When the tailstock is not clamped, a tailstock chuck clamp command was issued.
