1->Any of the following unloader commands is issued with the unloader ON/OFF switch set at OFF.

– Moving unloader carrier leftward/rightward
– Advancing/retracting unload arm swing
– Opening/closing unloader hand
– Opening/closing unloader shutter
– Moving unloader carrier Advancing/retracting
– Advancing/retracting unload hand swing

2->The unload carrier leftward command is specified but the command conditions are not met.

[Command conditions]
– Unloader shutter is at the open end.
– Unload arm swing is located at the retract end.
– By MACT-250W,
G140 modes are selected for the upper turret.
– By LT-10,
G140 and G144 modes are selected for the upper turret.
– XB-axis are located in the positive variable limits.
– By LT-10,
ZB-axis are located in the positive variable limits.
– ZA-axis is within the specified position.
– A/B turrets are indexed at the specified positions.
– Front door is closed.

3->The unloader carrier rightward command is issued when the unload arm is not located in the retract end.
4->The unload arm swing advance command is specified except when the unload carrier is located in the left end or the right end.
5->The unload arm swing retraction command was specified without locating the unload carrier at the right end when the command conditions are not met.

[Command conditions]
– By MACT-250W,
G140 modes are selected for the upper turret.
– By LT-10,
G140 and G144 modes are selected for the upper turret.
– XB-axis are located in the positive variable limits.
– By LT-10,
ZB-axis are located in the positive variable limits.
– By MACT-250W, W-axis are located at specified position.
– ZA-axis is within the specified position.
– A/B turrets are indexed at specified positions.
– Front door is closed.
– Unload hand swing advance end.

6->Hand close command was specified while the R-spindle is not stopped and unload carrier is not at right end.

Or, R-spindle rotation command was specified while the unload carrier is not at right end and hand is not at its open end.

the shutter close command was specified when the unload carrier is not located at its right end.
By MACTURN250,
the shutter close/open command was specified when the unload carrier is not located at its right end or, ZA-axis is not within specified position.

8->The XB-axis movement command was specified when the unload arm is in the machine.

Or, the unload arm entered the machine during XB-axis movement.

9->The W-axis movement command was specified when the unload arm is in the machine.

Or, the unload arm entered the machine during W-axis movement.

10->The lower turret rotation command was specified when the unload arm is in the machine.

Or, the unload arm enters the machine while the lower turret is rotating.

11->The unloader call OK confirmation command is executed but the unloader call OK condition is missing.
