The instruction that becomes different pathways when actual cycle and sequence return cycle is included. Therefore there is a possibility that the restored virtual material shape is different from the real material shape. After the cycle restarts, this alarm is displayed until being NC reset or M02.

The following code shows the instruction that becomes different pathways when actual process and sequence return cycle.

7-> Starting position of the cutting feed is not instructed in.
8-> The cutting feed is instructed in without moving the YS axis to the spindle center position after G140/G141, in case of parameter bit No.50-bit4=1.
9-> Starting position of M207 (Synchronous AB saddle feed mode) is not instructed in.
The following code shows DRAW command error factor.
FFFFFFFF-> There is no environmental file corresponding to the main program file name under execution.
FFFFFFFD-> There is no sub & main spindle environmental file corresponding to the main program file name under execution when sub spindle specification
FFFFFFFC-> The rewriting execution initialization file cannot be read.
FFFFFFFB-> The machine environment file cannot be read.

Treatment measures
There is a possibility of mis-detecting interference with the material because there is a possibility that the restored material shape may be not accurate.
Code=5 shows that M110 is a setting without the return to origin.
There is a possibility that correct shape cannot be restored because the position of C axis becomes irregular at M110 execution.
Please set parameter bit No.46-bit5=0 when you do the material shape restoration.
Code=7 shows that the starting position of the cutting feed is not instructed in on the NC program. For instance, when the head of the NC program is a cutting feed, starting position of the cutting feed becomes a position in which the NC program is started. When the position in which the NC program start is done when the normal operating condition and restarting is different, correct shape is not restored. To prevent this, please instruct in the locating by the rapid feed before it instructs in the cutting feed.
Code=8 shows that the spindle mode is switched and there is no positioning instruction to the spindle center position (G00Y=VVSTP). It instructs in the positioning to the spindle center position after the switch of the spindle mode.
Code=9 shows no instruction in the starting point of M207 (Synchronous AB saddle feed mode). The path in the M207 mode is decided based on the position of the AB saddle at the time of the instruction of M207.
Therefore, please instruct in the positioning by the rapid feed before it instructs in M207 ( both A saddle and B saddle).
Even when this alarm is displayed, the cycle can be continued.
Please continue cycle carefully enough after the restored material shape and the difference with shape with the real material are confirmed.
