Okuma Alarm-D 4080 Collision Avoidance Function OFF
It is shown that the Collision Avoidance function has been released.
The code shows the released state.
1-> The function has been released by the parameter.
2-> It is released by M867.
3-> The “interlock release switch” is pushed by the manual mode.
4-> State of turret of pulse feed mode
5-> It ..manual interrupt.. ..sequence.. is returning.
6-> The NC tailstock was moved by the operation such as pedals while driving the program.
7-> The interference detection block is being executed.
8-> Instruction mode of NC tail stock.
9-> State of G99 mode
A-> It is a state of the cutting mode while the main spindle is rotating with the amount of a wick high(YS axis) correction exceeds 1mm.
B-> The tool return cycle was executed while NC program run.
C-> G25 is being executed
D-> State of Super-NURBS mode
E-> State of G149 mode
F-> State of G117 mode
10-> State of T axis position error
11-> It is executing the block in which M110/M109 and XZW axis rapid feed was instructed in the same block, in case of the operation time reduction function II was effective (NC optional parameter bit No.11 bit3=1).
12-> It is executing the block in which C axis rapid feed and XYZW axis rapid feed was instructed in the same block.
13-> State of G105 mode.
FF-> Function CAS does not support.
Expected faulty point
The Colliision Avoidance functionn releases by the parameter,M instruction, and the processing mode. In the state to have released, the state display light blinksred and this alarm is displayed.In the case of code=A,CAS function not effective.
This function has been released in the state that this alarm is displayed (A red blinking the state display light), and operate it carefully in the state of the machine enough, please.
Moreover, please confirm interference is not generated on real machine without fail on the NC program route before the processing starts.
