Okuma Alarm-A 1259 Tow-along tailstock connecting
G02, G03, G30, G31, G32, G33, G34, or G35 is designated while the tow-along tailstock body is connected. Or with the simple tow-along tailstock specification, an axis move command or turret indexing command is designated while the tailstock body is connected.
None->An illegal G code is designated while the tow-along tailstock body is connected.
2->With the simple tow-along specification, axis movement or turret indexing is attempted while the tailstock body is connected.
3->In the automatic or MDI mode of operation,an axis move command is designated while the tailstock body is connected.
4->The tow-along tailstock connection command was issued in the Y-axis control mode.
5->In tow-along tailstook concatenaion, home position translocation instruction (OGL) was performed.
6->In self-travelling type tail-stock unclamp, G02,G03,G30,G31,G32,G33,G34,G35 commnd was designated.
7->In self-travelling type tail-stock unclamp, axis-movement expect for W-axis was designated.
8->W-axis order was performed by the state that there was not tail-stock in backplace edge, or there was not X-axis in plus limit, or self-travelling type tail-stock was unclamp, or main-spindle was not hung-up.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)The tailstock body connected state is established although it is actually not connected due to faulty EC input signals.

Measures to Take
1)Correct the program.
2)Check the EC input signals
I/O check No.27 bit7 -> tailstock disconnection confirmation
I/O check No.27 bit7 -> tailstock disconnection confirmation (ON when disconnected, OFF when connected)
3)If the code 3 appears, use the pulse handle for axis feed while the tow-along tailstock is connected.
4)After canceling the Y-axis control mode, issue the tow-along tailstock connection command.
5)After tow-along tailstook concatenaion is separated, a home position instruction is performed.
