Fanuc Alarm 115 ILLEGAL VARIABLE NUMBER

Fanuc Alarm Description
A value not defined as a variable number is designated in the custom macro. Modify the program.

OR
A value not defined as a variable number is designated in the custom macro or in high–speed cycle cutting.
The header contents are improper in a high–speed cycle cutting.This alarm is given in the following cases:
1. The header corresponding to the specified machining cycle number called is not found.
2. The cycle connection data value is out of the allowable range (0 – 999).
3. The number of data in the header is out of the allowable range(0 – 32767).
4. The start data variable number of executable format data is out of the allowable range (#20000 – #85535).
5. The storing data variable number of executable format data is out of the allowable range (#85535).
6. The storing start data variable number of executable format data is overlapped with the variable number used in the header.Modify the program.
