Number of significant characters in one block exceeds 64. in edt mode, the input data exceeds maximum capacity of memory when storing them in the program memory. Length of threaded portion including the chamfering width specified by g92 and g76 is shorter than chamfering width set by parameter no. 77. Depress reset button, and alarm status is released. Correct the program.
3000G
G code is not programmed correctly. circular arc is not programmed correctly. calculation error occurs. depress reset button, and alarm status is released. correct the program.
2000B
Feed-rate not given in cutting block. G92 for thread cutting cycle requests stroke smaller than 0.8 pitch when chamfering is operated. Input data exceeds max. Memory storage capacity when programming. Chamfer dimension is larger than movement at auto chamfering command. Compensation of tip nose radius is larger than chamfering at auto chamfering command. Correct the program, reset the system.
