Sinumerik Alarm 300723 Axis %1 drive %2 STS configuration of axes differ

Definitions:
The configuration of the control block MD 1003: $MD_STS_CONFIG (STS configuration) must be identical for both axes on 2-axis modules.

– NC not ready.
– Channel not ready.
– NC Stop on alarm.
– NC Start disable in this channel.
– The NC switches to follow-up mode.
– Alarm display.
– Interface signals are set.
Remedy:
Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Check drive MD 1003: $MD_STS_CONFIG (STS configuration) and set the bits for the two axes of the module so that they are the same. (Do not change the default setting – this corresponds to the optimum configuration).
Program Continuation:
Switch control OFF – ON.
