Okuma Alarm-D 4725 Please close front door
The safety fence LOCK button was pressed with the front door open in order to open the safety fence in the loader teaching mode where only part of the safety guard (safety fence or front door) can be opened at a time (for CE-marked OGL loader types).
To open the safety fence, it is necessary to close the front door first.

None->An attempt was made to open the safety fence in the loader teaching mode with the front door already open.
1->The machine was started in 1 CYCLE or CONTINUOUS mode with the door interlock ON and the front door open.
2->An attempt was made to open the safety guards (front door or safety fence) of machine-1(OGL loader), when the front door of machine-2(OGL loader IF) has already opend in 2M1L system of CE-mark.
3->Concerning the Robot/Loader specification, a front door is open in system link mode.
Probable Faulty Locations
1) An operation error
2) The safety guard open/close limit switch is maladjusted or faulty.
Measures to Take
1) Close the front door.
2) Adjust or change the safety guard open/close limit switch.
