Okuma Alarm-D 4077 Turning interlock of CAS
When the Collision detection of Turning cut processing is done, a necessary condition is insufficient.
1-> It tried to rotate the main axis in states other than YI=0 ( work center), and to execute the cutting feed.
2-> It tried to rotate the spindle in the state that YS axis graphic zero point of the CAS system parameter is not corresponding to the [TURNING POSITION] parameter value and to execute the cutting feed.
Expected faulty point
Please confirm the NC program.
Moreover, in the case of code=2, the [TURNING POSITION] setting value was changed when this machine adjusts it is thought.
Please confirm the YS graphic zero point setting value and the [TURNING POSITION] setting values.
The turning cut processing (The cutting sending is done by rotating the work spindle) makes it execute after it positions it in Y=0.
Moreover in the case of code=2, It is changed so that YS graphic zero point setting value may agree with the [TURNING POSITION] setting value by turning off the power and turn it back on again.
In old soft version, it is not changed automatically.
Please the same value as the [TURNING POSITION] setting values is set to YS axis graphic zero point in Slant Y axis specification machine. It is necessary to confirm graphic zero point setting value of other axises, after adjusting the machine.
