Oil level in the slideway lubrication tank is low. The low level signal has been ON for 2[s] or more.

1->The slideways have a less lubricant flow or the level remained too low for 2 seconds or longer (I/O check NO.25 INPUT bit E iBOL).
2->The lubricant level lower limit switch kept OFF for 2 seconds or longer.
The input signal of oil level in the XS-axis lubrication tankcoolant is ON which is longer than 2 second.
3->The lubricant level upper limit switch kept OFF for 2 seconds or longer.
4->The lubricant level lower limit switch kept OFF for 2 seconds or longer.
5->The input signal of oil level in the lubrication tankcoolant (I/O check NO.24 INPUT bit 4 iBOL) is ON which is longer than 1 second.
6->The oil level lower limit switch (I/O check NO.34 INPUT bit0 iCOL) kept OFF for 2[s] or longer.
7->The input signal of oil level in the XS-axis lubrication tankcoolant is ON which is longer than 2 second.
8->The oil level lower limit switch kept OFF for 2[s] or longer.
9->The input signal of air motor lubrication level was OFF.
10->The steady rest have a less lubricant flow or the level remained too low for 2 seconds or longer.
11->The 2nd lubrication level lower limit switch kept OFF for 2[s] or longer.
12->The 2nd lubrication level lower limit switch kept ON for 2[s] or longer.
13->This alarm occurs when the low lubrication oil signal, output from the X/Z slideway lubricating oil tank float switch, is turned ON.
