1->The communication tank is being initialized.
2->An RS-232C channel number is wrong.
3->The requested channel is not provided.
4->The identification message address is wrong.
5->The channel is being used for the other job.
6->Transmission error (with details)
YYYY:
bit 0->A parity error occurred.
bit 1->An overrun error occurred.
bit 2->A framing error occurred.
bit 3->A ready error occurred.
bit 4->The RS-232C device was not open for data reception.
bit 5->An overflow occurred in the reception buffer (because of too fast communication speed or large load applied to the NC).
bit 6->No data was found in the reception buffer. (Reception time-out error)
bit 7->Reception was ended by forced termination.
