Okuma Alarm-B 2519 Tailstock control command
Concerning Sub spindle-tailstock Control specification, it instructed with the instruction prohibited.
1->When it was not Sub spindle-tailstock Control specification, M1152/M1153 was done.
2->The following instructions were done to the same block as M1152/M1153.
3->A/B Turret different oder M1152/M1153
4->When the mode is changed(Sub spindle->tailstock), it doesn’t meet the following requirements.
(1)It is G140.
(2)It is “work position state” or “W-axis Plus limit”.
(3)It is not G145.
(4)It is not Z-W axis superimpose mode.
(5)It is “X-axis Plus limit”.
(6)It is not G123.
5->When the mode is changed(tailstock->Sub spindle), it doesn’t meet the following requirements.
(1)It is G140.
(2)NC TAIL STOCK 1SP Spec code:1
NC TAIL STOCK 1SP Spec code:0
(3)It is not Teachmode.
(4)It is “X-axis Plus limit”.
6->When there was one side on M1152/M1153 instruction receipt conditions, the following instructions were already performed on another side.
Or,when there was one side on a synchronism standby condition of the following instructions, M1152/M1153 instructions were already accepted on anotherside.
7->M55/M56/M847 was done at ‘Sub spindle mode’.
8->’Sub spindle mode/tailstock mode’ before sequence restart is not matched with ‘Sub spindle mode/tailstock mode’ after sequence restart.
9-> After ‘Sub spindle mode’ had been changed, sequence restart had been done before W-axis absolute instruction.
10->In ‘no work position state’, sequence restart had been done after it instructed in W-axis of ‘Sub spindle mode’.
11->Concerning sequence carriage return, when there is one side on a synchronization wait state of M1152/M1153 instructions, another side has reached a carriage return frock.
12->The low thrust of the multiple sizing position before sequence restart is not matched with the low thrust of the multiple sizing position after sequence restart.
