Okuma Alarm-B 2391 LAP Shape designation
A defective shape is defined for LAP.
1->Overflow of coordinate values
3->The first block includes a circular interpolation command.
4->The circular interpolation command does not include I, K value.
5->The circular interpolation command is defective.
6->The number of blank shape elements exceeds the limit.
7->The number of machining elements exceeds the limit.
8->Depth of cut is insufficient. (This requires 34 cuts or over.)
9->The blank shape is reversed. (The shape includes an element designated in opposition to the cutting direction.)
10->The machining shape is reverse. (The shape includes an element designated in opposition to the cutting direction.)
11->The blank shape element is imperfect. (Only one point is designated as a blank shape element.)
12->Only 1-point of intersection can calculate in gettinng-down-stage (OSP-P100 Only)
*The codes No.8 to 11 occur in blank profiling cycle(APmode V).
