Okuma Alarm-A 1881 Part turnover device R clamp empty
In program operation, there are no workpieces when the R-side turn-over hand close command is executed.
If the hand close confirmation input signal goes ON while the turn-over hand is closing, it is judged that there are no workpieces.
This alarm dose not occur with the turn-over hand close command executed in manual operation mode.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)Program error(turn-over hand close command is specified although there are no workpieces.)
2)Workpiece transfer error
