Okuma Alarm-A 1860 Axis interlock
A Z- or Y-axis movement command is given either in the MDI mode or in the program operation mode while the system is in the axis interlock state.
Here,the axis interlock states refers to the system states where the Z-axis interlock/or Y-axis interlock/ signal is off.
Z axis movement order was performed except for the scope which had set on loader parameter NO.42 – NO.45 by SWING B condition.

9->Z axis was about to be moved in the scope which is Z axis movement impossibility by SWING B condition.
11->The loader was to enter the loader hand A position area as not at the loader hand A position.
12->The loader was to enter the loader hand B position area as not at the loader hand B position.
13->The loader was to enter the loader hand B position area as not at the loader swing hand b position.
14->When Y axis movement order by the condition that there is loader Z axis in the NC lathe (Z axis area) and as not at the loader swing hand B position.
15->Any of the following conditions is not satisfied, when the Z axis movement command is issured.

1)The loader swing hand A position / Hand B unclamp / Y axis on a plus software limit
2)The loader swing hand B position / Hand A unclamp / Y axis on a plus software limit

16->When the Z axis movement command is issured at Y axis and V axis are on a plus limit,the loader swing hand is not A position or the loader slide hand is not retract position.
17->Y axis movement is ordered when Y axis on a plus limit and loader Slide hand not at retract position. Or loader slide hand is not at retract position when Y axis moving in condition Y axis on a plus limit.
18->V axis movement is ordered when V axis on a plus limit and loader slide hand not at retract position. Or loader slide hand is not at retract position when V axis moving in condition V axis on a plus limit.
