Okuma Alarm-A 1757 Loader interlock
Loader door interlock is activated when a loader move command (M37 to M39) is designated.
Code
1->A loader move command is designated when the door is open.
2->A loader move command is designated when the loader is not at a longitudinal position in the automatic operation mode.
3->A loader move command is designated when any of the X-, Z-, and W-axes is not at the positive end limit.(for sub-spindle specification models)
4->A loader move command is designated when the main and sub spindles rotate in different directions.
5->A loader move command is designated when the touch setter sensor is not at the retract end. (for touch setter specification models)
6->A Y/V axis move command was issued with the Y hand not at position A (for tandem loader types).
7->A Y/V axis move command was issued with the V hand not at the retract end (for tandem loader types).
