A spindle rotation command was issued with the chuck not being indexed and the index completion signal OFF.

1->A spindle rotation command was issued with the chuck not being indexed and the index completion signal OFF or the signal turned OFF when the spindle was rotating.
2->The chuck was not indexed within the preset time.
3->An index command was issued with the Z axis not at the positive limit.
4->An index command was issued with the chuck not clamped.
5->An insufficient index chuck fluid pressure.
6->An index command was issued, when the index confirmation input signal was irregular condition.
7->The chuck was not indexed at the goal position, or the index confirmation input signal was irregular condition at the goal position.
8->index chuck control oil was shortage condition.
9->An index command was issued, when spindle rotated over the number of index permission parameter during spindle rotation.
10->An index command was issued, when index chuck selection switch was not selected the effective mode.
11->Position request alarm.
12->Position alarm.
13->Sequence error.
