Okuma Alarm-A 1200 Stroke end over

Okuma Alarm-A 1200 Stroke end over
An axis has hit the stroke end limit.

Code
None->The turret has hit the stroke end limit by X- or Z-axis command.
1->During Y-axis movement on the machine with Y-axis function, the X-axis hit the stroke end limit.
2->An axis hit the stroke end limit by M273 HP command (home position command within the stroke end limits).
4->Present location (APA) exceeded the stroke end limit.

Or, the stroke end limit was set internally in present location.
(When the stroke end limit is set for the first time, it is generated without fail.)

5->C-axis stroke over range in C-axis multi rev mode.

Probable Faulty Locations
1->Operation error, programming error
2->Setting error of soft-limit positions(positive/negative).

(The soft-limit position is set outside the stroke end limit position.)

3->Check the stroke end limit switches.

(Is it turned on by chips or other foreign matter?)

Measures to Take
Push the reset button in the manual mode while turning on the emergency limit release switch on the control box, then move the turret away from the emergency limit position by rotating the pulse handle.
After the emergency limit switch has been released, turn off the emergency limit release switch in the original position and reset the soft-limit position.
In the case of new LT control specification, it is moved an axis in the direction which goes away from stroke end limit.
